Salesforce Project Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce implementation and integration projects across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and stakeholder leadership to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

This role requires end-to-end ownership of Salesforce initiatives, driving project planning, execution, delivery, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, IT, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and technical deliverables.

• Manage cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, architects, QA engineers, and business analysts.

• Oversee Salesforce integrations with ERP, data platforms, and third-party applications.

• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, and issue logs.

• Conduct regular project reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder updates.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and release management processes.

• Manage change requests, test cycles, and post-deployment support.

• Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to Salesforce delivery frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5+ years leading Salesforce projects.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

• Proven experience delivering full-cycle Salesforce implementations.

• Hands-on experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects.

• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns, data migration, and API management.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
